Trent Hession is a Manager within the firm and has been a registered valuer since 2000. Trent has an extensive and varied career within the valuation and property industry having worked for various national and international institutions including Colliers, Commonwealth Bank, m3property and Aon.

Trent has a wealth of valuation knowledge with over 25 years experience in the property industry covering a vast amount of asset classes within the industry. He specialises in the valuation of tourism based assets including tourist parks, mixed-use caravan parks and motels. Trent’s other primary responsibility is undertaking determination valuations on behalf of the Valuer General.

Trent’s varied experience provides a strong understanding of both client and financial institution requirements. He enjoys challenging himself with a variety of work and delivering a quality assessment for his clients.

Trent joined Chadwick Property Valuers in 2021, following his move from Sydney to the NSW Central Coast with his family.
